Lead Bluetooth Test Engineer

Responsibilities
- Define test requirements and implement test cases for Bluetooth Device Evaluation towards mechanical and electrical quality standards
- Develop test procedures and design test cases for Bluetooth Compatibility Testing between mobile phones and accessories
- Define and apply quality rating based on customers requirements and expectations
- Manage execution of test campaigns and provide troubleshooting and problem solutions
- Review and approve test reports
- Assign and supervise test personnel
- Manage administration and maintenance of test equipment
Requirements
- Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or Related Fields
- Comprehensive experience with Bluetooth Wireless Technology in development or testing
- Detailed knowledge of Bluetooth protocols and profiles
- Fast learner and ability to handle different types of wireless products
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and project engineers
- Capability to work with minimal supervision as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong commitment and ownership of responsibilities to meet defined schedules
- Proficient with MS Office
