Second OTA Chamber for CETECOM Inc. Fully Operational

In pursuit of decreasing lab lead time, CETECOM is proud to announce the addition of a second Over-the-Air (OTA) chamber to its state-of-the-art facility in Milpitas, CA.
The new chamber is an AMS-8800 from ETS Lindgren and has been fully operational for the past month. It is CTIA certified according to the latest CTIA Over-the-Air Test Plan version 2.2.1 joining our existing AMS-8600 certified OTA chamber.
One notable difference between the chambers is the positioning of the EUT (Equipment Under Test). The AMS-8800 allows the EUT to be placed on a rotating 360° pedestal, while the measuring antenna rotates 0-165° around the EUT. This enables better handling of larger and heavier devices.
